On confirmation of a booking we will send through an invoice requesting a deposit to secure your booking. Once we have received your deposit your booking is secure and on a confirmed basis. The invoice amount is the nett amount to be received by Tears for Tigers Travel, with all bank fees the responsibility of the client. If payment has not been received within 15 days of the invoice then Tears for Tigers Travel have the right to cancel any arrangements without notification.
Arrangements may be cancelled at any time but the cancellation should be communicated to us in writing. Since cancellation incurs administrative costs, we will retain any deposit paid and in addition will apply cancellation charges as follows. We strongly advise that you have insurance cover against cancellation.
Tears for Tigers Travel shall do its utmost to provide services to the best of its ability and work towards full satisfaction of the client. Tears for Tigers Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the traveller, his travel agent or tour operator, and local airlines, hotels, restaurants, boat companies and ground transportation companies. Tears for Tigers Travel is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the traveller, including those occurring outside the tour programs. We shall in no event be liable to the traveller or his travel agent, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the traveller by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Tears for Tigers Travel and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the traveller.
TfT maintain their own public indemnity insurance policy against fraudulent or negligent behaviour by their staff.
